Technology is moving fast and we work hard to move even faster. Our technicians don't just work our jobs, we are passionate about technology. Don't be surprised to see us working at our own computers into the night long after our work day is over.
We are first and foremost a service company. To us, this means that we take pride in our work and validation of a job well done is the flattery of a referral to a friend or colleague.
History
The Tech Outfit was founded in May of 2005 as an on-site computer services company by Donovan Niesen and Brad Cimaglio. Niesen and Cimaglio worked out of their homes while incubating the business for the first two years.
Referrals quickly started coming in and The Tech Outfit found itself with a steady mix of business and residential clients. In the summer of 2007, The Tech Outfit moved into the University Technology Enterprise Center (UTEC) near the University of Minnesota campus and hired its first, full-time employee.
in January of 2009, The Tech Outfit expanded into a large suite within UTEC and began publically offering a full suite of web services.
